Orders are usually dispatched within 8 days.
Dispatch will be confirmed by email.
Out Of Stock Items
If any item you have ordered is not available at the time your order is packed but a suitable substitute is immediately available your item will be substituted for approximately double it's value of alternative products. You have the option to opt out of this by clicking the check box at checkout.
When a suitable substitute is not immediately available your item will be back ordered for you. It is not always possible to provide a time scale for delivery of back orders, we will always provide one if at all possible. You will be charged for the entire order and your out of stock item will be dispatched to you as soon as it arrives by second class post or surface mail as applicable. You will be emailed as soon as your back order is dispatched so that you know when to expect it. There is no additional p&p charge on back ordered items. You can choose to opt out of the back order system by checking the box on the checkout page.
If you wish to cancel any back order please contact BGPayne Crafts and we will be happy to issue you a refund for the back ordered items.

First Class mail aims to deliver your order within the UK the next working day after dispatch.
Surface Mail
Delivery times are likely to be:
- Western Europe - up to 2 weeks from dispatch
- Eastern Europe - up to 5 weeks from dispatch
- North America - up to 6 weeks from dispatch
- South America, Africa and Asia - up to 8 weeks from dispatch
- Australasia - up to 12 weeks from dispatch
Airmail
Airmail aims to deliver to European destinations within three working days and worldwide within five days of dispatch.

If your order does not arrive within 15 working days of these time scales (25 working days for international orders) please contact BGPayne Crafts with your order number, so that your missing parcel can be pursued with Royal Mail.
Parcels are far more often delayed than actually lost in the post and the vast majority of delayed mail is delivered within the 15 working days Royal Mail allow before considering that it has been lost in the post.
Returns
We cannot guarantee the suitability of any of our products for a specific purpose, customers are asked to make their own tests before making any large orders.
We want you to be delighted with your order, should your purchase not be quite right for your project, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it. BGPayne will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the order, a credit note or alternative products. Please include your order number and instructions with your return.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact BGPayne Crafts as soon as possible, as once the delivery process has begun we will be unable to cancel it.
