These have a central fold portion and a multi-fold portion so, when folded on the pre-scored lines you have a tent fold card with 3 stepped folds and a full depth panel, which can be on the side or in the centre.
Being plain white or plain coloured card, they can be used with the large panel on the left or on the right simply by folding the creases the opposite way.
