This is a self-adhesive, felt-like, plastic material with a soft, fluffy feel. It will cut easily with a personal die-cutting system or scissors, please test standard paper punches for yourself though. It is often used for carpets in dolls houses.  Sheet Size: A4, 210mm x 297mm.
